I have developed an organization system so that I can locate any file that I need with a moments notice.
In my personal life, I organize hard copies of files in hanging file folders in addition to digital files.

Adam is honestly one of the most dependable people that I have ever come in contact with. Over the last year that I have known him, he has proven himself reliable with my production ministry, Meticulous Mind, numerous times. Although he is working as a volunteer and not receiving any compensation, his determination to excel in accomplishing goals far exceeds the vast majority of people who have worked with our ministry. To be perfectly honest, if we were currently producing a sufficient amount of funds to support the ministry as well as ourselves he would be one of the first people that I would put on a payroll.
Every single meeting that Meticulous Mind has had, he's shown up early. There have been numerous times that he has arrived earlier than I have to extend his hand in preparation for the meeting. During these meetings, Mr. Montgomery records very organized details about various times, dates and people that will be involved with different events that we plan to have. Adam also storyboards many ideas that we have. This is an amazing quality that he possesses, because it shows that he is able to record ideas with words as well as visual diagrams.
One of Mr. Montgomery's attributes that set him apart from others is his problem solving aptitude. If it weren't for Adam's ability to deliver remarkable solutions spur of the moment, many of my projects would have gone underwater to be straightforward. Where many would crumble under stress, I would say that Adam propels and embraces the opportunity to think outside the box and deliver outstanding results. This comes from his commitment to take every project that is put in front of him seriously.
I have witnessed Mr. Montgomery work with various people, who have different backgrounds, yet he is always able to relate and form a bond with that person. Though Adam may seem quiet at times, I personally believe this is a sign of wisdom, for he does not involve himself in petty gossip or frivolous arguments. Rather, he is slow to speak and quick to listen. When he does speak, it is to find a solution or to present a concept that is able to achieve the team's overall goal.
